Angela Rogers
I was struck by the clarity of Angela's presentation. I am very aware Angela has a PhD on her Drawing Dialogues project, and that everything she mentions is backed up with research and all the fancy language you might like. Yet presentation is clear for artists and civilians alike, really engaging and understandable.
I think, without checking, that artist academics do not tend to have a separate artist and research statements, perhaps because their art activity tends to merge into their research.
